CrossFit Reclaims nutritional coaching service will take the guess work out of eating for health, performance, and body composition goals. Learn the basics of tracking your food and using tracking apps and what your body needs in order to feel and perform its best. Learn about yourself and your tendencies with food – emotions, triggers, cravings, etc. Develop a positive relationship with food and experience first hand the importance of consistency to see the best possible results.
